Part of our Guest Designer Series, this collection was designed by Cory Wasnewsky of Three Cheers Press and produced by Moore Wood Type using our type-high maple manufacturing process.
The set includes a pair of bullhorns, a pair of raised fists, and a pair of shaking hands, symbols of communication, solidarity, and collective action. Drawing on the visual language of labor printing, protest graphics, and community organizing, Cory created these ornaments to give printers expressive tools for contemporary work.
Whether used for broadsides, posters, zines, community events, or artistic exploration, these symbols continue the long tradition of letterpress as a medium for public voice.
